Rodrigo Rodrigues

Rodrigo Rodrigues was born in Bragança Paulista – Brazil. His interest in music came through his mother, who played guitar and sang in the famous “Family Barbecues” music group. He started studying guitar at age 12 with Edu Ardanuy, Mozart Mello, André Hernandes and others. In 2002 he graduated in Rock Specialization by EM & T (Music and Technology School – São Paulo – Brazil). He currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music from the Claretiano University, and has taken several online courses from outside institutions such as Berklee College of Music – US, University of Edinburgh – Scotland, Yale University – US and University of Rochester – US.
His experience as a teacher began 20 years ago, and since then he has taught at several schools. In 2014 he had the opportunity to do some works in Europe, among them, to teach at Music Action School  in Hamme Mille, Belgium. He has participated in jam sessions with several European musicians and did volunteer work at the École Bois de Chènes, children school in Coisins, Switzerland. As a practical musician he has played in several bands of various kind of music, from pop to dance, electronic and heavy metal. 
 

Alex Huynh Do

 Piano, Organ, Uke, Flute, Vocals, Theory

 Alex, born and raised in London Ontario, has had a love for music her whole life. She has studied piano for almost 20 years, flute for almost 12 years, ukulele, and organ and still continues to explore different avenues of music. Currently, she is singing in a classical choir, conducting a church choir, accompanying a congregation, performing, writing music, and learning guitar. While classically trained, she loves to experiment with different genres of music like jazz, contemporary, and minimalist. She has previously performed with a Broadway show choir and a capella group. In addition to her love for music, Alex loves to travel. She has traveled to places like Iceland, Sweden, Spain, France, Vietnam, and Uruguay. Her love of travel goes hand in hand with a love of linguistics. Alex can speak Vietnamese, French, and Spanish.

Kristina Zarembo

Piano, Theory, Harmony, Composition, Improvisation

Known for her love of the arts, pianist Kristina Zarembo has mesmerized audiences since the age of 5. Born in Sochi, Russia. Kristina studied music for the gifted and was the first to be admitted to music college at the age of 12. Graduated from Sochi University Of Arts. Kristina is a small- town pianist performing all genres of music. Recipient of many music talent awards, Kristina’s passion to touch, inspire, and make people smile though music is an asset that is desired by all. Kristina has played in many musicals such as Cats and Fiddler on the Roof.

 

Dan Neumann

Drums

Born in Denmark Dan had a passion with drums. International Baccalaureate in Copenhagen, Denmark. Diploma with honors from Percussion Institute of Percussion in Hollywood California. Teachers included Joe Porcaro, Steve Houghton, Chuck Flores, Casey Scheurell. Dan has toured and recorded with several bands such as Nina Hagen, Geno Washington, Tiny Monroe and more. Dan enjoys giving lesson and teaching the moeller technique, time keeping, chart reading,  stick control and just having fun with music

 

Nanako Katsura

Piano, Theory, Song writing

 

Nanako  is a highly skilled and motivated teacher. Nanako studied in Japan at the Osaka College of Music, she majored in vocals and piano. She has had most of her experience in Japan from Osaka to Kyoto. She has conducted more then 7000 lessons as a vocal or piano teacher. She has taught all age groups.

 

Juan Felipe Portillo

Felipe studied music in Bogota, Colombia. Felipe is an accomplished guitar, piano, bass and  latin percussion player. He has composed and written several pieces of music from contemporary, latin or electronic music. Felipe enjoys passing his knowledge of music down to his students. Showing them the process of how and why music is written.
