Return/Refund policy Busters Music Online Purchases will issue a refund for
Busters Music will issue a refund for all non-clearance/final sale items received within 7 days of when the items were received and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Provided the items are with all original tags and packaging attached, and free of defects.
For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
If you notice visible damage to your package refuse the shipment (don’t sign for it) and contact us.
Mouthpieces, open packages of reeds, harmonicas, software, headphones, ear plugs, microphones, DJ Stylus and cartridges, cleaning products, opened strings, amplifier tubes, picks, custom orders or special orders and limited edition items may not be returned under any circumstances.
Busters Music Academy lessons are non refundable.
Depending on where you are located, shipping may take 1-3 weeks. If the product you ordered is on back order your shipment will be temporarily delayed.You will be notified on back orders.
Any damages caused from shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order for a claim to be honoured. The shipping companies do not honour claims not reported after this time frame so anything reported beyond 24 hours will not be credited.
Orders will be processed between 1-2 business days. Products will be shipped immediately after your order is processed.

Orders Over $149.99 Ship for Free!
To keep things easy and to avoid surprise extra costs, we don’t charge shipping or handling on orders over $149.99 (before tax and shipping calculation). There are a few reasonable exceptions like very large or heavy items as well as shipping to remote areas (see below for details).

Remote Delivery Addresses
Free shipping does not apply to “Beyond Point” postal codes as dictated by Canada Post, FedEx or UPS. This exception will be indicated at check-out. Most Canadian residential and business addresses are included for free shipping, the exceptions are typically northern regions.
